What if I need to modify my order?

Please write in to enquiry@casadeluxe.sg to update us on how you will like to modify your order.

Order modifications can only be made before products are shipped out.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please write in to enquiry@casadeluxe.sg to update us on the changes in your shipping address. We will make the changes accordingly.

However once the product has been shipped out, no changes will be accepted.

Can I get same day delivery?

We are unable to provide same day delivery as of now.
We will work towards finding a suitable solution moving forward.

How to get a refund?

We only accept refunds if the product has not been shipped out. Once the product has collected for delivery, strictly refunds are not allowed for authenticity purposes.
